Holland Highlands is a unique preserve with a diversity of features- old forest, meadow, scenic views, and a pond. There are two goals at this preserve before spring: to work on the recently re-routed red trail, and to prevent algae growth in the pond. Trail maintenance will include all sizes of jobs, from log removal to shrub trimming to plant pulling. We’ll be using barley hay in the pond to reduce the amount of algae growth this season.
