Advancing the Delaware River as a Nationally Significant Waterway
Ensure the investment in the Delaware River Basin matches that of other Great Waters nationwide. We seek recognition and support through increased federal engagement, coordination, and funding. This includes facilitating meaningful involvement of Basin stakeholders in long-term planning and decision-making to protect the river’s ecological integrity, cultural significance, and its role as an essential drinking water source for more than 14 million people.
