Forest Bathing on the Watershed Reserve

  • The Watershed Institue 31 Titus Mill Rd. Pennington, NJ 08534, US (map)

Forest Bathing, based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, are walks designed to engage one’s senses and allow individuals to reconnect to the restorative powers of the More Than Human World. These walks are slow, deliberate explorations typically covering less than a mile while benefiting participants physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We will conclude with a modified tea ceremony. Give yourself the gift of time, harmony, and balance with a forest bathing walk.

This program is intended for Adults. Pre-registration is required and program capacity is very limited.
