The Run for the River is an annual fundraiser for the Musconetcong Watershed Association (MWA). MWA is an independent, non-profit organization formed by residents of the Musconetcong River Valley in 1991. Their mission is to protect and improve the Musconetcong River and its watershed resources through education programs to local schools, landowners and municipal officials. In addition, MWA conducts river clean-ups and stream bank restoration projects. After the Run, MWA hosts a free raffle for all participants. Register by April 23rd and find out more information here.
