Join Abbott's Mill Nature Center as we host the inaugural Run the Mill 5K Trail Run! Come out and support our mission swiftly afoot as you take the trails. After the run, enjoy a well-earned Dogfish beer, some post-race grub, live music, and witness a "literal" running of our historic, preserved grist mill.
Entry: $20/runner
Giveaway: Entry fee includes a complimentary Kleen Kanteen pint glass & first Dogfish Head Craft beer (age 21+)

10:30: Awards back at Abbott’s Mill

PARKING
Parking for the race will be at the southern end of the Blair’s Pond Nature Preserve, located on Abbott’s Pond Road in Milford, DE, between Williamsville Road and Griffith Lake Drive. See map »
The awards ceremony/celebration will be held at the Abbott’s Mill Visitor Center, located just 0.6 miles down the road from the 5K parking, at 15411 Abbotts Pond Road, Milford, DE.
