The Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee will hold an oversight hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 9:30 AM EST entitled, The Stream Protection Rule: Impacts on the Environment and Implications for Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act Implementation. The purpose of the hearing is to examine the implications and environmental impacts of the Office of Surface Mining’s proposed Stream Protection Rule as it relates to the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act.
