The Statewide Dam Removal Partnership (SDRP) is sponsoring a workshop in December, facilitated by the national nonprofit American Rivers, where dam owners, municipalities, state and federal agencies, removal practitioners and organizations involved in dam removals will discuss the specific factors that limit the expansion of dam removals in New Jersey. The workshop will be a series of discussions about the challenges and successful strategies employed in other states and an exploration of how those strategies can advance dam removal in New Jersey.

The workshop will be held on December 9, 2019, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at The Watershed Institute, located at 31 Titus Mill Road Pennington, NJ. The workshop is free, but registration is mandatory.
