The fifth annual Jersey Water Works Conference will bring together more than 300 state and local decision-makers, practitioners and stakeholders to amplify the importance of addressing New Jersey's water infrastructure, explore national models for innovative solutions and celebrate the work of Jersey Water Works and its members!

The keynote speaker will be George S. Hawkins, Esq., Founder and President of Moonshot Missions. George Hawkins launched his innovation-focused enterprises Moonshot LLC and Moonshot Missions after stepping down as CEO and General Manager of DC Water, where he served for 11 years. George helps agencies identify and adopt strategies to deliver better service and lower cost. George transformed DC Water into an innovative enterprise while tripling its investment in clean water. George also served as Director of the D.C. Department of the Environment and held positions with the US EPA.
