Friends of the Wissahickon and partners at the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association need your help cleaning the Wissahickon Creek from top to bottom!

This year, they will be working in the northernmost part of the park. After the cleanup, all volunteers are invited to join us for a picnic with upstream partners.

Workdays will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain or snow, thunder and lighting, high winds, etc. Visit FOW’s Facebook page or the Upcoming Work Days page for updates. If the workday is cancelled it will be posted by 8 am.

Talkin’ Trash Picnic from 11 am to 1 pm at Fort Washington State Park
