A $1.13 billion, 118.8-mile-long natural gas pipeline running between Luzerne County, PA, and Mercer County, NJ, is planned to be completed by late 2018. The release of an environmental impact statement on July 22 has opened up a 45-day public comment period set to run through Sept. 12.
